Three Legendary Biryanis

Each biryani at Al Barakah is a different experience — different rice, different cooking method, different depth of flavour.

🍛

Kacchi Biryani

The crown jewel of Bangladeshi cuisine. Raw marinated mutton slow-cooked inside a sealed pot with aged Basmati rice, saffron, and whole spices for over 4 hours. Available in limited quantity daily — order early.

Chicken Biryani

Tender chicken marinated overnight in yoghurt and spices, layered with fragrant Basmati rice and topped with caramelised onions. A lighter but deeply satisfying biryani perfect for every occasion.

🥩

Beef Tehari

A distinctly Bangladeshi style of biryani where slow-braised beef is cooked with turmeric rice and whole spices. Richer and more aromatic than standard biryani — a unique Dubai dining experience.

Why Al Barakah is the Best Biryani in Dubai

Dubai has thousands of restaurants serving biryani. So what makes Al Barakah's biryani stand out from the rest? The answer is simple — we never compromise on the process.

Our Kacchi Biryani starts the night before. The mutton is marinated for a minimum of 12 hours in a blend of yoghurt, ginger, garlic, and imported Bangladeshi spices. The next morning, it is placed in a heavy-bottomed pot with aged Basmati rice, sealed with dough, and slow-cooked on a low flame for over four hours. The result is meat so tender it falls off the bone and rice that has absorbed every flavour of the marinade.

Fresh Biryani Every Day — No Reheating

We cook our biryani fresh every day. We never reheat biryani from the previous day. This is our non-negotiable standard and the reason our guests keep coming back.
